ARRIVAL – CAIRO

Upon arrival in Cairo, you will be met at Immigration & Passport Control Area by an
airport representative who will facilitate the individual visa process (excluded) and escort
you through customs and immigration.

Continue to the baggage claim hall and finally to the passenger pick-up area, you will be
introduced to your driver for a one-hour private transfer to your luxury accommodation.
Check in and relax for the rest of the day

In the evening, we will gather at 7pm in the lobby to head offsite for our first dinner
together and officially open the portal with collective intention setting.

THE PYRAMIDS, SPHINX, & SAQQARA

Breakfast

The morning will start at 8am when we gather in the lobby after breakfast.

We will start our day by visiting the most iconic ancient masterpiece – The Great
Pyramids of Giza, followed by a visit to the Sphinx

Next, we will head to Saqqara and the Step Pyramid of Djoser dating back to 2670
BCE.

We will return to the hotel by mid-afternoon where you have the remainder of the day
to yourself.

Set your intentions before going to bed early. We will be prepared to leave for the
special early morning private opening and voice ceremony in the King’s Chamber by
2am

KING’S CHAMBER PRIVATE OPENING & EGYPTIAN MUSEUM

On the full moon in the very early morning (~2am), we will start with a journey to the Giza
pleateu and The Great Pyramids shrouded in darkness.

You will experience a one-of-a-kind private opening in the Great Pyramid to step inside and
explore the King’s Chamber. Here, you will take part in a vocal toning and energy clearing
ceremony in the most ancient resonance chamber on earth – the King’s Chamber – to activate
dormant potential within your ancient ancestral DNA.

You will then go back to the hotel for a nap and to enjoy your breakfast before proceeding on to
the Egyptian Museum, which houses a magnificent collection of Pharaonic antiquities. Khaled
will lead us through the museum’s highlights, and then you may enjoy the museum at your leisure
and guide yourself to the artifacts you feel most called to following our early morning sound
activation ceremony.

We will finish the day at the papyrus fabrication experience, where you will see how they make
authentic papyrus artwork.

ABU SIMBEL – ASWAN

We will depart the hotel at 3am with a private transfer to the airport for an early
morning flight to Abu Simbel.

We will visit to the fabulous Temples of Abu Simbel with their unique style. The temples
are considered to be masterpieces cut directly into the rock and reflecting the glory of
ancient Egypt under Ramesses II (c.1279-1213 BCE).

After, we will fly back to Aswan and board our private Nile River dahbiya, where we will
be eating and sleeping for the next four nights.

Enjoy a wind-sail felucca boat ride on the Nile, before relaxing and having having an
early rest.

PHILAE TEMPLE PRIVATE OPENING & KOM OMBO

A very special 4am early morning start will be in store as we have yet another exclusive private opening
for sunrise in the Temple of Love – Philae Temple.

Philae Temple is the cult center of Godesses Isis, whose tears from losing her husband Osiris, were the
reason for the formation of the Nile River

We will collectively take part in a Love Ceremony in the temple, where we will open the energy channels
of the body to connect into the energy of Divine Love, and set intentions around love in all respects.

Immediately after, we have another special private opening at the Elite Aromatherapy Egyptian
Essence Academy. Here, you will see the ancient techniques for creating pure Egyptian flower essence,
and have an opportunity to bring some home.

After, we will drive back to the boat for breakfast and begin sailing toward Kom Ombo. Upon arrival, we
will visit the Kom-Ombo Temple and spend the night aboard the dahbiya.

TEMPLE OF EDFU

After an active start to our journey, we slow down to cruise along the Nile River today.

Enjoy a short horse-drawn carriage ride for our only visit of the day to the Temple of
Edfu. It is known to be the most complete temple dedicated to Horus, the falcon god.

After returning from our visit, we will set sail on the dahbiya and you will have a chance
to book a massage treatment on the boat.

We will spend the night docked in Luxor, the capital of the pharaohs during the New
Kingdom. A third of the world’s Egyptian monuments are in this area, thereby dubbing
the city as an “open air museum.”

LUXOR’S WEST BANK, KARNAK & LUXOR TEMPLES

We will begin today’s full-day tour in the early in the morning, with a transfer to enjoy an optional
sunrise hot air balloon ride over Luxor (excluded).

The remainder of the morning will be spent on the west bank of the Nile River to visit the most
popular cemetery during the pharaohs time; the gates of the second life – known as the Valley of
the Kings. After, we will visit Hatshepsut’s temple, and finish the morning with a quick photo
opportunity by the two huge statues flanking the entrance to the Temple of Amonhotep III, known
as the Colossi of Memnon.

After lunch, we will explore one of the most important temples during the New Kingdom, Karnak
Temple. We will go through the different constructions of the massive temple grounds, and have
private openings in sacred spaces to meditate with and receive the energy of the various gods and
goddesses like Ptah, Sekhmet, and Horus.

We will end the day at Luxor Temple for sunset. Here you will see the glory of pharaohs, and then
briefly walk through the sphinx avenue that links Karnak Temples and Luxor Temple.

We will enjoy our last evening aboard the dahbiya, and pack our bags to check out in the morning.

DENDERA & ABYDOS

Sonesta St. George Hotel – Luxor (5 star)

After breakfast, we will say goodbye to our dahabiya and begin driving ~1.5 hours to our
first stop to visit Dendera Temple. This colorful temple is one of the most complete and
intact in Egypt.

The energy and magnetism here are palpable, as it is the cult center of the Goddess of
motherhood, beauty, pleasure, and fertility, Goddess Hathor.

Next, we will continue driving another 1.5 hours and reach Abydos, the cult center of the
God of the afterlife, Osiris.

Here, we will tour the Temple of Seti I, before driving back to Luxor where we will spend
the evening before continuing on to the beaches of Hurghada in the morning.

HURGHADA

After breakfast, we will begin our ~4 hour drive to Hurghada on the Red Sea.

Spend the afternoon relaxing at your leisure at our all-inclusive resort by the healing
waters of the sea.

This is where you will have a chance to slow down and integrate all of the magical
experiences you partook in over the past week.

HURGHADA

You have the day to integrate the ancient wisdom you received through Egypt as you
soak up the sun.

You will have the entire day to yourself and time to relax on the beach or sign up for
optional activities (excluded) such as deep sea fishing, snorkeling and scuba diving boat
excursions, safari, and others.

We will say our final goodbyes at dinner, close the portal we opened 10 days ago, and
step into our newfound sense of self, following this ancient journey of discovery.

DEPARTURE

On your last day, you will have a privately arranged transfer to take you to the Hurghada
airport.

You will have a short flight back to Cairo to connect with your home bound flight.

If you would like to extend your stay in Hurghada, arrangements can be made upon request,
but are excluded from the core retreat itinerary.

  1. Entrance fees and special openings of the temples and scenic spots as listed in the itinerary.
  2. Meals as specified in the itinerary.
  3. Meeting and assistance on arrival or departure and all needed transfers at airport/hotel/station/boat as per itinerary.
  4. Flights as listed in the itinerary: Cairo – Abu Simbel – Aswan, and Hurghada – Cairo. Airport tax and fuel fee included.
  5. Ceremonies, sightseeing, or activities as listed in the itinerary.
  6. Accommodation with daily breakfast.
  7. Private transfers between airports, hotels and scenic spots while sightseeing in each city or area via private air-conditioned vehicle as listed in the itinerary. Appropriate size vehicles will be used according to the number of our group to ensure we have enough leg room and luggage space.
  8. Gratuities: We will cover all gratuities for the guide(s), driver(s), and boat crews. (A ~$500 included value per person based on the 2023 retreat).
  9. Service charges: Our retreat includes the planning, handling, operational and communication charges & current VAT Taxes.

Flight / Sightseeing / Transportation / Accommodation / Meals / Excursions NOT listed in the itinerary or chosen to do on your own (i.e. arrival and departure flights from your country of origin), massage treatments on the dahabiya (~$60/60 mins + tip), the sunrise hot airballoon ride over Luxor ($150 per person), additional days in Hurghada.
  2. Visa Application & Visa Fee are not included. Visa requirement varies from country to country. Some countries are visa free, or some require visitors to apply for E-visa / Visa on arrival or paper visa by themselves, so visa fee is not included.
  3. Egypt Visa —- Citizens of the United States, Australia, Canada, New Zealand, United Kingdom and EU Nations can obtain visa upon arrival at any of the Egyptian ports of entry.
  4. The Egyptian visa is simply a stamp (like a mail or postage stamp) that you can buy from the visa office located at arrival hall at port of entry just before the immigration booth. The visa stamp costs around $30 USD depending on origin of the passport, payable in cash in Pounds Sterling, US dollars, or Euros. No Credit Card payment accepted.
  5. Airport Representative Gratuity: As you will be arriving and departing individually, a USD 5 per traveler to the representative at each airport is typical.
  6. Travel Insurance: Kindly note that the full coverage travel insurance from your country of origin should be purchased in advance on your own.
  7. Personal Expenses such as room service, internet/WiFi charge, laundry, drink, fax, telephone call, optional activities, souvenirs, etc. Note that the WiFi on the boat will be intermittent.
  8. Optional activities either recommended by your guide or out of your own interests.
